By creating an account or using BillSync, you confirm you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you're using BillSync for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You're responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Do not share credentials. You're solely responsible for your account's security.

BillSync provides a platform for managing municipal bills — viewing bills digitally, tracking history, receiving reminders, managing multiple properties, and connecting municipal accounts securely.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BillSync for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate info, maintain account security, use BillSync lawfully, respect others' intellectual property, not disrupt the service, not attempt unauthorized access, and ensure you have the right to manage the bills you connect.

You will not: violate laws, infringe IP rights, transmit malware, reverse-engineer the Service, use automated systems without permission, impersonate others, harass users, scrape data, or use BillSync for any illegal purpose.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

BillSync's content, features, and functionality are proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or lease any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.

BillSync offers Free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You're responsible for applicable taxes. BillSync does not process payments to municipalities — those are your responsibility.

We strive for reliable, continuous service but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or browser.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service and perform maintenance. We'll give reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

You may cancel anytime through your settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations, fraud, non-payment, or harm to others.

Upon termination, your access ends, we may delete your data (per our Privacy Policy), and any pre-existing obligations survive.

BillSync is provided 'as is' without warranties. We don't guarantee accuracy of bill data provided by municipalities or uninterrupted service.

You should verify critical bill info directly with your municipality. We're not responsible for municipal billing errors or disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillSync isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or municipal billing issues.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify BillSync from claims arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control, and you agree to cooperate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the rest remains in effect.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll post the updated version, update the 'Last Updated' date, and notify you by email or in-app with at least 30 days' notice.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
